Willy BERTON, a professional cook for more than 20 years, opened in 2016, his vegan , gluten-free and organic restaurant with his wife Camille in charge of the pastry and the dining room. The restaurant welcomes you in a mix of raw wood, warm colors and a warm atmosphere. A long row of tables move according to reservations, with an emerald bench. Upstairs, 18 additional seats with sofas for those who want to relax. Combining passion and ethics, this family, vegan for 5 years, gets down to it every day by working with their convictions and respect for animals.
