Tasty as Fit – Columbia

Starting from a passion to help people, primarily through food, Tasty as Fit is a gluten-free, plant-based, grab-n-go and smoothie restaurant with two locations — Columbia and Greenville, South Carolina. DUDE NOTE: We reached out and the owner confirmed ‘Every dish we provide is gluten free! Our kitchen is not necessarily certified gluten free, but we do not bring any gluten into our stores! Since we do not have any gluten containing products in our store, there is no training on cross contamination — the staff know we are gluten free, but also that even though we buy most everything gluten free, we are not certified and if an outsourced product has been cross contaminated without us knowing, that is hard for us to track down. But we have never had any issues here!’ There are no fryers at Tasty as Fit, and a few employees are themselves gluten free, including at least one who is celiac.
