Welcome to the Smokestack Express! The ultimate smoked meats experience. Our drive-up, take-out smokehouse is attached to Cowboy Jacks on the southeast corner of Cedar Avenue and County Road 42 in Apple Valley, Minnesota! A whole lot goes into smoking meat. It’s not as simple as throwing a steak on the Barbecue. We start with premium cuts of meat, prepare them with our ‘secret’ť sauces and rubs, then smoke them at low, steady temperatures for up to sixteen hours.
