Hello, we are Pipa, Oky and Nena, founders of Raw co. In 2014, on one of our trips, we learned about the concept of cold-pressed juices and we loved it. Our chef Nena is very passionate about the subject and is always looking for new flavors in order to live a gastronomic experience under our gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free philosophy and mostly a plant-based menu.
