The Cal-Mex food are family recipes brought from his grandmother, mother and family who all came from Mexico to El Paso, Texas to East Los Angeles, California. The flavors you will experience have been mixed to the uniqueness of the Midwest to give you the flavors Pablo’s customers have enjoyed since 1986.
