DUDE Note: In regards to their gluten free process, they state the following on their website: ‘All flour products are guaranteed gluten-free when purchased, otherwise I do not use gluten-containing ingredients. I am not certified gluten-free and can not guarantee this 100%, but I do my best to avoid the possibility of traces. The flour is gluten free in origin like buckwheat and oats in its full form, no flour. I do not use ready-made gluten-free basic flour.’ As always, do what feels most comfortable to you my friends!
