Amy Shippy and Laura Hale, owners of Marche de Macarons in Savannah, Georgia continue their successful collaboration that gives customers macarons that are not only pleasing to the eye, but to the palate as well. These pastry chefs believe in using the most natural and freshest ingredients possible. Amy and Laura are imaginative in their flavor creations. Flavors like cappuccino, salted caramel, vanilla bean, raspberry, chocolate ganache, Meyer lemon, key lime, bourbon pecan, and pistachio have become staples in their bakeries, while flavors like blackberry lavender, jasmine passion fruit, and about 40 others pop up in Marche de Macarons’ pastry cases during the different seasons.
