We’re an artisanal bakery selling freshly-baked bread and sweet treats (caneles are our specialty), made with local flours and indigenous grains – all gluten-free. Come for coffee and take away some rustic sourdoughs, baguettes, dark rye style miches, brioches, babkas and Danish style seeded loaves.
