Inspired by my younger sister who couldn’t have dairy, I began making plant-based ice cream in 2014. I founded Kate’s with one goal in mind: ice cream for everyone. Kate’s Ice Cream is made using organic coconut and cashew milk and is 100% plant-based and gluten-free. We focus on collaborations with local, woman, and minority owned businesses and use fresh seasonal produce from Pacific Northwest farms – all with the goal of making the absolute best ice cream.
