DUDE VETTING NOTE: We heard back from company co-founder/CEO Mark and he confirmed everything is gluten-free EXCEPT 3 toppings: tempura crisp, crispy onion, and wonton strips. ‘Other than that we are 100%.’ So, you’re safe to order everything except those toppings, and it might be wise to make sure your server changes gloves before making yours. That being said — Yay for a restaurant where, since the sauces are made with a gluten-free soy sauce base, you don’t have to fear them! Welcome back, ponzu sauce — we missed you!
