For the preparation of our varied range of ice cream, we use pure products: farmer’s milk from our own region from ‘The Third Erf in Soest,’ and lots of fresh fruit from the area. All our types of ice cream are gluten-free and our sorbet ice cream is 100% Vegan. We even have gluten-free cones.
