Our story begins with a mother and son, who both have a gluten intolerance. The mother, went to school for baking, and the son went to school in business, both put their heads together to come up with a better way to do gluten free. We have a dedicated gluten free kitchen, which means we only make gluten free goods. We use the finest simple ingredients, and we don’t believe in sacrificing taste or texture.
