Gluten-free craft bakery. We are proud to offer good and tasty products from our 100% gluten-free production facility in the center of Trysil! Raw materials for our baked goods are Norwegian and Italian and are carefully selected to ensure high quality and good nutritional content. We also have a cozy little shop in our production room. Here you will find all our products, as well as a good selection of Italian products such as olive oil, pasta sauce, pasta, tapas accessories etc. Here you can sit down for a good cup of coffee or a stone oven baked pizza, made in true Italian way. *Thanks @lysbeth for the suggestion!
