Frelard Tamales – Bellingham

We are a Mexican restaurant in Seattle specialized in authentic handmade tamales. Our tamales are 100% gluten-free but we are not a gluten-free certified kitchen. DUDE Note: These folks are no longer 100% gluten-free. Looks like they have croutons and tres leches dessert on their menu, but their tamales are gluten-free. Please check with staff before ordering. If anyone has updated info, please let me know. We have not been able to get in contact with them. Thanks @MES for the suggestion!
