Dumpling Mama

Everything is always gluten free and there are no nuts in any of the food. Sesame oil is not used for cooking, and is no longer added to any dishes unless you request it. Coconut, dairy, and soy are always listed in all Dumpling Mama products. All of out food coloring is plant based, and never artificial. We only use ingredients such as butterfly sweet pea flower, turmeric, beets, and kale for coloring. My daughter was born with many severe food allergies including gluten, dairy, beef, pork and nuts. Over 18 years ago, her allergies are the reason why I pushed myself into an entirely new direction with my cooking. I grew up with various allergies of my own so I understand the challenges of trying to find comfort foods minus the allergens. I will always try to accommodate all dietary requests you send in, so don’t be shy about asking for customization. You deserve it! Thanks @Seth Brynien for the suggestion!
