Dulceliaco

Dulceliaco is a gluten-free bakery and pastry shop in Palma de Mallorca. In 2009, my 2-year-old son was diagnosed with celiac disease. After this, I was very motivated to find good recipes for him to enjoy but without gluten. Dulceliaco was created in 2012 to make it easier for everyone, both celiacs and family members, to facilitate having to follow a gluten-free diet. Always with the desire to satisfy this sector of the population, Dulceliaco wishes that all those who choose or gluten-free diet can enjoy in their day to day with our breads, cakes and pastries.
