Contento Cafe

Contento Cafe is a modern Mexican restaurant in South Salt Lake. We create crave-worthy food made with the highest quality ingredients, catering to both the health-conscious and the flavor-obsessed. We use organic ingredients as much as possible. Grass-fed steak, Mary’s organic chicken, wild-caught salmon & shrimp. Our kitchen is gluten-free and seed-oil free. We fry and cook with avocado oil and never use any seed oils.
