And so Celicioso was born, a gluten free space that aims to democratize food for celiacs and offer them a place where they feel integrated and can order any dish on the menu. What was born as a gluten-free pastry shop has become a benchmark for healthy and gluten-free restaurants. Thanks to its acceptance and growth in recent years, we have expanded the menu and offer, considering new lifestyles and maintaining our gluten-free essence in each of our creations.
