DUDE VETTING NOTE: From the kitchen manager – ‘We take pride in our precautions for Celiac guests, but we are a celiac friendly store and we do still process gluten throughout the building. We have a dedicated fryer on the opposite side of our large industrial oven to ensure no contamination between fryers and the battered items. We have rice flour boneless wings available as well as numerous fried items. We use Udi’s buns for burgers & sandwiches. We thoroughly clean the grill AND use tin foil while cooking items. Our chefs leave the line to prepare the celiac items in our prep area rather than on the line where there are other contaminants. There is a full gluten free menu that you can ask for upon arrival, as well as most of our senior staff members are extremely well versed on the items & precautions.
