DUDE VETTING NOTE: From the kitchen manager – ‘We do take celiac seriously, unfortunately though we can not ensure 100% no cross-contamination in our restaurant. If you come to eat at our facility I always suggest letting your waitress know the severity of your celiacs right away to differentiate between a diet and a disease. This ensures we can communicate with our management and kitchen staff on proper glove changes, cleaning areas such as our grills with intense heat and water, etc. We do not have a separate fryer available for our chicken wings or sweet potato fries which are technically gluten free.
