DUDE VETTING NOTE: From the kitchen manager – ‘We do have a few celiac options, just inform you server so they ring in food properly for the kitchen! A build your own burger or chicken breast are the best options as the cooks will use a separate pan & utensils on the flat when cooking (gluten free buns available). We also have salads as an option with no breadstick or croutons. (Chicken, Turkey or Ham Cobb, Chicken, Bacon & Avocado Salad, Fajita Chicken or Steak Salad with no marinade). Dressings that are for sure gluten free are our Marzetti brand ones ‘ thousand island, dijon honey mustard, the fat free Italian, fat free ranch or oil & vinegar. We also have a lettuce wrap appetizer, but you would need to ask them to saute it in butter, not the fajita marinade as it has a seasoning in it that is not gluten free. As for sides, we do not have a separate fryer so a side salad with no croutons is the safest option.’ *Thanks to @AngelaR for the suggestion!
