With historical Sloss Furnaces as the backdrop, the industrial art deco dining room and zinc-top bar offer seasonal, local dishes and cocktails put together by Owner/Operator, Dean Robb and his team of Birmingham restaurant industry veterans. DUDE Note: We have heard from a user that they no longer use a dedicated gluten-free fryer. This is what the restaurant said when I followed up: ‘We are a little bit in limbo right now with our fried foods, we have always had an isolated fryer but due to our latest menu change we do not. We do have a very full group of gluten free options with separate utensils to coordinate. Please just ask your server for all the options we can provide. Sorry about the fried options, this to may change back with the seasons.’
