From chips to tortillas, to tacos to rice bowls, bartaco’s menu is full of bold and bright GF dishes to explore. Everything is made from scratch daily using fresh ingredients. All of our tortillas (used in our tacos and chips) are made with corn, which is always gluten-free. Since so much of our menu is GF, we tag the items that do contain gluten instead of the ones that don’t because eating GF should always be easy.
