BAG Bakery Art Gallery

At the corner of the street, at 24 rue du Mirail, an organic gluten-free bakery and pastry shop, combined with a tea and tasting room, a place to meet and discuss art and gastronomy. Junction between these two spaces, a friendly 55-seat cinema-terrace occupies the space, ideal for enjoying a moment of total disconnection, tasting sweets or enjoying a screening session of auteur films or short films on the big white wall. Beneath the terrace is the glazed production laboratory where curious visitors can observe the bakers at work and revel in the smells of the various breads and pastries.
