Our journey started in 2002, when our niece Rachel got diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Since the disease comes from somewhere, her father, my brother, was the next to be tested. His test came back positive for Celiac. Next was our sister who also tested positive, and lastly I, Aunt Kim was tested. We all tested positive to Celiac Disease, which explained a lot !!! All our stomach issues and many other symptoms for finally explained !!! I created a gluten-free flour shortly after our diagnosis and started making cookies. Aunt Kims bakery is a gluten free/nut free facility. We offer lots of goodies to purchase.
