At Amaranto we know that one thing has nothing to do with the other: you can make 100% artisan gluten-free bread that is also tasty and not boring at all. We achieve it with natural methods and ingredients, with long fermentations and made with sourdough, without additives or artificial preservatives. And we do it by always innovating, reinventing ourselves with each elaboration, only with natural, sustainable, rich and original products. All our menu is gluten-free.
