Almotti is a gluten free Italian bakery founded and operated by Pastry Chef Carlo Raciti, a 3rd generation Sicilian baker, and his wife Rebecca Bechara. Our Miami-based, gluten free dedicated facility specializes in Southern Italian handcrafted gourmet delicacies. As a family-owned business, we take pride in quality craftsmanship and carefully choose the best, all natural ingredients for our products. In order to preserve quality, we bake and produce our products in small batches every week to assure freshness to every single order. At Almotti, it is our mission to cater to people with celiac disease and gluten intolerance and give them a chance to indulge in their favorite baked goods without suffering the consequences.
