100% gluten-free dining experience! Let’s face it, food allergies are a reality in today’s world and we’re here to ensure a safe dining experience. We have a full breakfast and lunch menu, with a large selection of made-from-scratch desserts. Menu options include quiche, breakfast sandwiches, biscuits (and gravy!), nachos, street tacos, white bean chili and black bean soup, Cuban sandwiches as well as classic sandwiches like grilled cheese or egg salad, plus many baked goods such as muffins, cookies, and banana bread — plus cinnamon rolls and donuts on weekends! We even blend our own rice-based flour. We take care with our ingredients. Our sandwiches are made with our own bread, baked daily. While gluten is first on our list, we also take care not to cross-contaminate and are especially aware of dairy. Each staff member ringing you up at the counter also participates in food prep, so you can rest assured we’re all informed and ready to assist. We take special requests daily, like making cakes. (And if you’re a coffee & tea fan, we serve up 80 different loose leaf teas and locally roasted coffee and espresso drinks!)
