The concept is to use local rice flour (produced in Ibaraki) as the main ingredient and consume local products and domestic products as much as possible. We sell 100% rice flour gluten-free bread.* We have often heard from customers about wheat allergies, egg allergies, and milk allergies, and we consider it our mission to sell some products that exclude all of them. * We manufacture other products using wheat, eggs, and milk at the same place.
