Bakery products made in our own, 100% gluten-free manufactory. All our bakery products are gluten, soy, rice and corn free. They are low on carbohydrates with no artificial additives or wheat derivatives (even in a gluten-free form). Happily left out traditional ingredients such as rice, corn and potato, preferring mainly buckwheat, millet, bamboo fiber, and psyllium husk. You’ll only find tapioca as starch within the ingredients of our products. 90% of our selection is yeast-free, with a fair number of dairy, lactose or vegan delicacies.
