Brian and Laura are the bakers who make these amazing, mouth watering treats. Brian is a professionally trained chef who has been in the restaurant business for 25 years. He has a culinary degree from the Culinary Institute of America in NY. Laura started baking with her mother and grandmother at a young age. Nothing was baked from a box! A former educator, she recently made the move to baking full time. About 5 years ago, Laura made the decision to transition to a gluten free lifestyle as part of her treatment for an autoimmune disease. Laura has adapted many of her family’s recipes in order to enjoy them with her entire family.
