Virginie is creative, versatile and go-getter! After studies in management and several professional experiences abroad, she was diagnosed with gluten and lactose intolerance in 2012. With growing passion, Virginie decided to take a gluten- and lactose-free training course at Alain Ducasse’s national pastry school and to launch a fast food concept. My Petite Factory was then born in 2015 with a new concept in Lyon: dishes inspired by Virginia’s travels around the world, a decoration in the vein of North American coffee shops and above all a healthy, gourmet and 100% ethical cuisine. gluten free and lactose free!
