The Bistrot Manala is the first 100% gluten-free restaurant in Livorno. Not a restaurant just for celiacs, but a restaurant ALSO for celiacs, where there is simply no contamination. We only use certified products and flours, possibly organic, seasonal raw materials, perhaps from our garden, we make the pasta and bread by hand, all the desserts are home-made: genuineness is the basis of all our dishes.
