Teff is the world’s tiniest, yet super grain that is naturally gluten-free, and high in protein, calcium, iron, manganese, magnesium, and other minerals. It is a species of Lovegrass from which our name Lovegrass Kitchen is derived. We work diligently to make sure the food we bring to you is pure and unadulterated. Only whole, unprocessed, natural, and non-GMO ingredients that are free from preservatives and anything artificial are allowed to enter our kitchen. Thanks @greennglutenfree for the suggestion!
