La Nonna Carmela is the new project of the Carmela Gastronomic Group and the first 100% gluten-free Italian restaurant and pizzeria in Granada. A paradise for people with celiac disease, who can enjoy authentic Neapolitan pizza made entirely at home without the risk of cross contamination. But La Nonna Carmela hides many other surprises beyond 19 classic and gourmet pizzas. Prepared by our head chef of Italian origin, the menu offers a journey through the Mediterranean, familiar and joyful essence of Italian cuisine. Traditional dishes such as frico or vitelo tonnato, made with authentic Italian products such as bresaola, burrata or Genoese pesto, sit at the table with other fresher and more original options such as beetroot-marinated tofu salad or cheesecake pesto, dried tomato, walnuts and pine nuts.
