The chef’s specialty is the large tasting menu, antipasti, everything good from the sea and always fresh truffles in raw quantities. For the big hunger, there are homemade pasta dishes, grilled fish and shellfish and, among other things, the famous hand-cut beef tartar. The concept is simple: authenticity all the way, the best ingredients, mostly organic and a pure Italian team ‘ in the kitchen and on the floor.
