FOR EMMA are three physical stores and a webshop (on the website). The Vejle store opened in August 2016, the Århus store in May 2018, and the Frederiksberg store in March 2023. We only bake naturally gluten-free, ie. without wheat, rye and barley, and at the same time everything is also lactose-free. But most of what we bake is actually completely milk-free and very much vegan as well. We have in the stores color-coded all price tags, so it is easy to see what is milk-free, vegan and at the same time suitable for the low FODMAP diet. We bake fresh on all our opening days, and the selection is bread, muffins, pizza bases, burger buns, sausage bread, crackers, cookies, cookies and much more.
