Eugene is a 100% gluten-free artisan bakery in Antwerp. Since 2002 we have been able to offer you a range that is similar in taste and structure to ordinary bread and pastries. In addition to this range, no other products are prepared in our bakery. Our products are therefore 100% gluten-free. And because yeast is not allowed for most, we have recently introduced sourdough bread based on buckwheat. The baker himself has celiac disease and also a cow’s milk allergy, so almost all our products are free from cow’s milk and completely vegan. We are constantly looking for new products and preparations that do justice to our slogan: a taste of the good life. Thanks @LeilaL for the suggestion!
