The Miracle Restaurant has established itself as a gluten-free space, in which intolerances are no longer a problem for those who visit us. A gluten-free home cooking restaurant with its heart set on Syria. We were born and raised in this country of Levantine cuisine with a Mediterranean influence, in which spices and natural ingredients are the protagonists, which makes it easier for us to offer vegetarian and vegan options. We know the odyssey that eating away from home means for celiacs, which is why at El Miracle Restaurant we have worked hard to certify ourselves as the first 100% gluten-free restaurant in the Valencian Community by ACECOVA.
