DUDE VETINNG NOTE: From the owner – ‘As a person who also has food allergies, this is a topic near and dear to my heart. The majority of our menu can be created GF using our individually packaged bread. We have a celiac specific prep area in which we prepare foods for those who require it. You will be asked if you are celiac anytime you request GF replacements. All employees change gloves, prepare the items in a separate area, on a yellow coded cutting board, that has its own designated knife and baking tray for any hot items. If you ever see an employee standing around like they just scrubbed in for surgery, they are waiting for their GF item to bake in the Turbo Chef and for another employee to open the door and remove the hot tray! We do not use fryers in our store, everything is fresh made with an emphasis on healthy eating. We do offer a small basket of David’s cookies, muffins and brownies that are individually packaged for safety. We also offer Whitey’s Chili and Tomato Basil Bisque, daily and both are gluten free. During the winter months, we have additional soups that rotate and some are GF also.
