The Conifer menu will change seasonally and even hyper seasonally, as our relationships with local farmers and businesses play a big part in helping make this happen. Expect regional style cooking with unique elements of the environment of the northwest: fresh fish, gluten free fresh bread baked to order, as well as vegetable dishes that are part of the heart and soul of the restaurant. We are committed to sourcing our products from companies who understand the importance of where their products come from.
