Chicchisani was born from the passion for confectionary art and for research. In 2010, the founder Mariella Droetto and her staff diversified the production by creating an entirely gluten-free line, to which the Chicchisani brand is dedicated. A laboratory dedicated only to production without any allergens, and a selection of naturally gluten-free raw materials guarantee the absence of contamination.
