Chicchisani was born from the passion for confectionary art and for research. In 2010, the founder Mariella Droetto and her staff diversified the production by creating an entirely gluten-free line, to which the Chicchisani brand is dedicated. A laboratory dedicated only to production without any allergens, and a selection of naturally gluten-free raw materials guarantee the absence of contamination. Not to be missed, however, is the unforgettable taste that characterizes all the innovative recipes of the Chicchisani pastry shop, both sweet and savoury.
