Calvin’s k-hot chicken is a new concept of fried chicken that could be enjoyed by all types of people, even those who have celiac. Our chicken is so flavorful till the bone is cause we keep the old Korean traditional way to make fried chicken by using liquid brine, which consists of water and vegetables and natural spices. After testing blends of so many different flours, we came out with the flour blend, which is gluten-free. After all, all that matters is final recipe is good or not. All of our regulars who purchase our food two or three times a week tell us that it’s the best-fried chicken they’ve ever had.
