DUDE VETTING NOTE: From the kitchen manager – ‘We take things very cautiously here and we go with the term gluten friendly as there is no 100% way for us to be gluten free. However, when we get any form of allergy everything is cooked separately in our prep area on a clean pan. We have gluten free buns for burgers and sandwiches and we can do salads as well. We don’t have any dedicated allergy fryers so anything that is fried is out of the question. We grab all fresh products from our cooler, and clean and sanitized utensils along with wiping and sanitizing our prep area before we begin cooking the allergy item. Allergy items do tend to take us extra time as it takes longer to cook to ensure nothing is burned or over cooked. If I had to recommend any item I would say our burgers are by far the best item to get that is gluten free. Such as our Egg and Cheddar Burger, Brown Sugar and Smoked Cheddar Burger with no Pabst Onions and regular sauteed onions instead, and our Hickory Cheddar Burger with no onion straws.
