DUDE VETTING NOTE: From the kitchen manager – ‘All gluten free allergies are cooked in the back on separate and clean equipment that is not cross-contaminated. We have a ‘Gluten-Friendly’ menu that we can hand out that helps show some of the products that can be prepared gluten-free. Unfortunately, we do not have a separate fryer for fried food so anything that is cooked in the deep fryers is contaminated. We don’t have too many side options that are not in the deep fryer, but we can do things like a side salad, broccoli, coleslaw, spanish rice, or fruit.’ *Thanks to @AngelaR for the suggestion!
