Ants on a Log cafe serves smoothies, coffee, baked goods and snacks. We use organic ingredients and source as much as we can from local farms and businesses. Everything is made fresh with love in our cafe. It is all gluten free, dairy free (unless you choose to add milk to your coffee), soy free and peanut free. We have many vegan options too!
