Although you wouldn’t know by taste, the kitchen is 100% gluten-free. We are dedicated to using only high quality ingredients. We make our ice cream, soft serve bases, purees, sauces, boba, etc. - all in house. We even mix our own blends of gluten-free flours, because we're serious about finding the best taste and textures. We experiment often and work every day to improve our recipes and techniques.
