100% Gluten-free Bakery in Austin, Texas

Gati opened in August 2020, serving up gluten-free, dairy-free coconut milk ice cream with delicious flavors as well as a totally gluten-free bakery, all under one roof. Gati has over 40 rotating ice cream flavors with most flavors containing fewer than four ingredients. All the ice cream flavors are vegan and gluten-free with a coconut milk base.

Our bakery is 100% gluten free and mostly vegan. We make everything in house. Our rotations include vegan brownies, s'mores bars, gluten free cakes and coffee cakes.
